We primarily use Fed Ex for all our shipments to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.

Processing Time:

Please allow 10-15 working days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. This processing time is in addition to the estimated shipping times below.

Estimated Shipping Times (after processing):

• Fed Ex: 2-3 working days for all destinations 

Please note that these are estimated delivery times provided by Fed Ex and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or logistical issues.  

 

Shipping Costs:

The shipping costs are included in your unit price and are in  United States Dollars (USD).

Order Tracking:

Yes, all orders shipped via Fed Ex will have tracking information. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing your tracking number and a link to the Fed Ex tracking website where you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at order@playingcardsco.com or through our contact form on the website. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. You have the option of a full refund or we can reprint and resend your order at no additional cost to you, once the loss or damage has been confirmed.
